Personal: What I'm Missing

I've been one of the luckiest people. Growing up with an entertaining family, great friends, good boyfriends (sometimes), a great paying job that gets me the the latest toys, best vacations and currently great apartment. One day my friend Jefflyn asked, "Why are you always looking for something?" The question made me wince, but has been on my mind ever since. Tonight I had an epiphany. During my first trip to NY in 2005 I realized I was in love with NY! And as I stared down to Time Square from my hotel room I said I was leaving my heart there. I must retrieve it! I want to live there, even for just a bit! The sound of sirens and honking would be as therapeutic as waterfalls and crashing waves.
